How to make:
1. Sauté the sliced ginger, and garlic and spring onions until browned.
2. Insert meat that has been minced chicken, spices (pepper, flavoring, soy sauce, salt, sugar, Ang Chiu, and sweet soy sauce) in the stir. Add 1 cup of water. Cook over low heat for approximately 15 minutes, until cooked.
How to Serve Chicken Noodle:
1. Create a noodle seasoning in a bowl comprising sesame oil and flavoring to taste. Mix well.
2. Serve the noodles boiled cabbage leaves boiled with accessories.
3. Sprinkle the top with the chicken seasoning.
4. Ready to serve.
