
"I am delighted to visit and see the various processes of wheat flour, spaghetti and pasta. In addition, I also get new knowledge outside the lessons in the classroom, "said Nadya one of the students of SMKN 28 Jakarta who visited in Bogasari.
After circling the factory, the students are invited to the auditorium to follow the next event which is introduction of company profile Indofood and Bogasari. The students were also given a baking demo material from Bogasari Baking Center guided by Chef Herlim Koto. Recipes made are Hokkaido Strawberry Chiffon and Chesa Bolu Kukus. Some students are also very enthusiastic when invited to participate in creating new recipe creations the first time they know.
The cooking demonstration was then followed by making spaghetti-based food creations such as Spaghetti Aglio Olio and Spaghetti Sambel Hijau. Of course, the results of the cooking demonstration can be sampled directly by the students and teachers present at the time.
Before leaving the factory, the vice principal of SMKN 28 Jakarta, Poniran, thanked Bogasari for being allowed to visit and learn more about wheat, wheat flour, pasta, and Bogasari. Poniran also hopes to make further cooperation with Bogasari.
